Using Due To-Do
Due To-Do is a personal baby-planning tool. You may use it to organise a checklist, budget, products and shared family updates. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure and for information you add or share.
Not medical or professional advice
Due To-Do provides organisational information only. It is not medical, safety, financial or other professional advice. Checklist content does not replace guidance from your midwife, doctor, health visitor, product manufacturer or other qualified professional. Always follow current official guidance and product safety instructions.
Products and retailers
Product names, prices, images, sellers and links are entered by users and are not verified or automatically updated by Due To-Do. Due To-Do is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by retailers listed in the service. Confirm price, availability, suitability and seller terms before purchasing.
Your content
You keep ownership of information and images you add. You give Due To-Do permission to store, process and display that content only as needed to operate the service and share it with family members you authorise. Do not upload unlawful, harmful, misleading or infringing content.
Family collaboration
Invited members may update the shared checklist and product plan. The plan owner is responsible for deciding who receives access and removing people who should no longer participate. Do not forward private invitations or verification codes.
Free and Premium access
Features, limits and pricing shown before purchase form part of the offer available at that time. Premium is planned as a one-time App Store purchase rather than a recurring subscription. Purchases, refunds and regional pricing are also subject to Apple’s applicable App Store terms.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep Due To-Do reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed. We may improve, replace or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. Back up important plan information using the export feature.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Due To-Do is provided without warranties beyond those required by applicable consumer law, and we are not responsible for retailer websites, purchasing decisions, indirect losses or loss caused by unauthorised sharing of access.
Ending use
You may stop using Due To-Do and delete your data from Settings. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law or address misuse.
